Coffee is produced across the county with really excellent varieties coming from the States of Vera Cruz, Oaxaca, and Chiapas. Spreading production over so diverse an area means great diversity of climate and altitudes are producing coffee here with over 100,000 farmers. Altura or High Grown is the designation used for some of the best coffees here.
