After a careful selection process, we are proud to bring this exceptional coffee to you from Café Lumbus, specifically Finca La Colombia in Ciudad Bolivar.  Gonzalo is the farm manager at La Colombia for the past nine years.  His continued commitment and his open attitude to learning about the importance of producing high-quality coffee really appears in the cup.  This is a well-balanced coffee with full body and really bright acidity.  Hints of jasmine, tangerine, lime, and sugar cane finally finish with a sweet aftertaste.
