Don Vincente

Located on the legendary site of the extinct pre-Colombian Barriles culture, in the Volcan Baru region, its trees are sheltered by native forest species at 1300 mts above sea level.

Four generations of the Yanguez family, who arrived in these mountains from Valladolid, Spain in 1930, have nurtured and cared for their fincas.  This is a complex well-balanced coffee, delicate with much attention needed during roasting to bring out mild hints of cinnamon almond milk.

  • LOCATION: Boquete Region, Volcan Baru, Panama

  • ALTITUDE: 1300 masl (4265 ft.)

  • VARIETAL: Caturra, Bourbon

  • PROCESS: Wet Processed
