These coffees come from top tier Beneficio Santa Rosa.  There ideals align with everything we admire from this region.  These coffees are from a protected denomination origin along with an origin certificate.  This coffee is well-balanced, with a nice lemon acidity onset.  We tasted hints of milk chocolate as well.
