This Gr 1 Yirgacheffe comes from producers Dumerso Coffee.  Fully natural processed, dried in the sun anywhere between fourteen to seventeen days depending on the weather.  This coffee is Woman Certified by the Ethiopian Women in Coffee Sectoral Association.  Great care goes into picking only perfectly ripe cherries by the farmers as well as further picking by hand on the raised beds for defects. Full fruited aroma raspberry cider like. Gentle sweet acidity with good body and notes of berries in the back end. Juicy with a sweet finish.
