Traffic Director

​Mary has over 12 years of experience in the green coffee and specialty coffee industry and brings a deep passion for quality, consistency, and exceptional flavor. Starting her coffee career in Office Coffee Service (OCS), she developed a passion for quality with a keen understanding of coffee flavor and consistency. Moving into her role as a Green Coffee Buyer, she spent a decade specializing in flavor profiling, blend matching, and cupping to evaluate coffee for profile, balance, and taste. Her tenure included finished goods and roaster trials cupping with the QA team to ensure every coffee met customer standards for quality, balance, and taste.

Since 2018, she holds a licensed Q Grader certification and recently certified through the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) New Value Assessment Program giving her the skills to evaluate coffee quality at every stage—from origin to the final cup. Whether assessing new lots, verifying roast consistency, or refining blends, her focus is on delivering coffee that highlights each coffee's unique characteristics while maintaining exceptional quality.

 

In addition to her quality and sourcing responsibilities, Mary has six years of experience as a Traffic Manager, coordinating both origin and domestic coffee purchases, overseeing logistics and supply chain operations that helps ensure coffees move efficiently from producing regions to our facilities while supporting reliable inventory and timely deliveries.

In addition to Mary’s coffee credentials, she holds a State of New Jersey Weighmaster Certificate, reflecting her commitment to accuracy, integrity, and quality throughout the sourcing and production process. Whether selecting green coffee, developing blends, or evaluating cup profiles, she is dedicated to delivering coffees that consistently exceed expectations.
