Vincent Papa is a senior finance executive with many years of leadership experience driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across manufacturing, consumer products, food and beverage, publishing, and distribution companies. He has served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Treasurer, and Vice President of Finance and Operations for privately held companies ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to companies with revenues exceeding $180 million. 

 

Throughout his career, Vincent has led business transformations,
ERP implementations, operational turnarounds, acquisitions, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives that have generated millions of dollars in cost savings and sustainable revenue growth. He has extensive expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, treasury, cost accounting, supply chain optimization, and organizational development. 

 

Vincent serves as VP -Finance for Armenia Coffee Corp. Previously, he was CFO of Two Rivers Coffee and Marquis Who's Who, where he led initiatives that significantly improved profitability, modernized financial systems, and accelerated business growth. His leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on operational execution, making him a trusted advisor to owners, executives, and boards navigating growth and change.
